Weighed the car early this morning, 3000lbs exactly. Took another 1.5 out after so I'm officially in the 2000lb club.

you can get rid of that entire rear trim...the license plate screws directly into the trunk. you can eliminate all that in the back.

and there was a gofundme... I made quite a bit parting my car out and I still have plenty left to go! Could have all the extra mod money he needs if he would have been smart about it.

But how am I going to tune the motor for that when flash pro won't work on the 04-06 base autos? ECU swap won't work either since it scans for the 07-08 trans and if it can't find it, throws a bunch of crazy lights

I ran them in my untuned motor without issue pre-hondata flashpro when I was N/A. I also had Port and polished TL-S cylinder heads at the same time.

that won't be worth it unless you can put them in yourself.

Do you have ported manifold, runners and bigger TB? If not you should tackle that. Do some reading on DIYs and you can tackle the runners and manifold yourself. Send your TB to maxbore.

you don't have ported runners on the list. I don't see how that would hurt performance, especially since he's doing the 1/4 mile and is mostly using top end. I could see it hurting torque a little below like 3k rpm, but that wouldn't matter for him. At least gasket match them and get rid of all the nasty casting marks.

it's actually when you add the mdx riser and Pnp that. The MDX riser has a taper on one side. Most people just port it to gasket match.

man your car is not even a luxury car anymore... It is gutted to death. lol
