Hi I have a 2005 Acura TL and I'm trying to get a exhaust system for mainly sound can anyone recommend any good ones please?

 

Since you're 18 and "new", I won't get mad/annoyed.

There's a couple exhaust systems that are made for the 3G TL.

Top 3 being the most popular:

RV6 (discontinued, can only buy used)
ATLP
XLR8
HKS (if you can find it, also discontinued)

EndlessRPM
Tsudo
Tanabe Medallion.


The lower 3 I would not recommend. Tanabe makes good stuff but the decibel level doesn't warrant spending $1200.

What's your budget?

For the 05, the ATLP base exhaust is my favorite.

If you want to spend the least amount possible- some members have bought the OBX exhaust sold on Amazon for less than $500.00.

I personally think the EndlessRPM exhaust is a quality product too along with RV6 & XLR8:

or you can bring it to an exhaust shop and have them cut out the mid-muffler and replace it with a straight pipe.

this will net a little bit of noise for the cheapest amount possible.

 

cut out the mid muffler and weld in a str8 pipe.

exhaust shop, google. $50
