call me crazy but I could have sworn Greddy went out of business as a result of the recession. I swear I read an article on it last year

I see what you're saying. I loved it for the resonator and mid muffler delete. Plus I like the wide exhaust openings on each muffler.

wide exhaust tip ya, but if you look inside, the actual hole through the muffler is like 1 inch lol. pretty retarded if you ask me.

greddy is ewwww.... and doesnt sound good either imo.

It's actually an illusion because you're looking through a 4.5 inch exhaust tip to a much smaller 2.36 inch hole which is still slightly larger than what the ATLP exhaust piping offers at 2.25 inches. But I'm kinda glad everyone has their own preference in exhaust or else we'd all be driving around with the same exhaust..haha.

that was it... the thing was that everyone in the group buy wanted "gains"... so greddy made a non resonated exhaust... I can't think of anyone running the greddy that didn't cut it and add a resonator...

I'm also running it without the resonator and the noise doesn't bother me. It's still a pretty deep tone and I've gotten a lot of compliments on how it sounds. Maybe I'll consider switching exhausts in the future if the sound starts to bother me. Does anyone have sounds clips of other 3rd Gen exhaust options??

They are killing the whole Evo 2 line. Hopefully they will replace it with something! In the meantime, the ATLP is a GREAT system.

Same here. I absolutely love it. There's no other exhaust I'd rather have for this car.

So I dropped off my TL at the Acura dealership for service work and these morons left my manual car in reverse and auto started it. My car backed into another customers car causing about over $3000 of damage to my car alone. The other customers car door and side panel got damage so I can only imagine how much that will cost. My back bumper, taillight, and back bumper body kit piece all got damage. Along with that, my magnaflow custom exhaust setup got pushed in and pretty much my entire exhaust system was on the floor. Their insurance company paying for everything of course and they gave me $800 to repair the exhaust. Here's my question, the mufflers were not damaged and all I need is $600 to re-do the piping. Should I re-do piping for $600 or get the Greddy for $900? I found websites that still have a couple in stock.

Rich just came out with his own vision of what the 3G exhaust should be. IT"S INSANE!!! the gains are incredable, and the look is not bad.

I would just get the piping redone for $600. Besides the mufflers theres nothing special about the piping. I've got a question about your mod list...how do you have both the AEM cai AND the Comptech SS?

Does the resonator really cause that much restriction?
