Ive been hearing rumors of a new quad system that ATLP will be making for the TL-s peeps who missed out on the original quads. I was wondering was this from ATLP themselves or just a sick sick rumor. I really am loving a few potential exhausts, I personally think the Hyper medallion tanabe sounds beautiful the only prob is that its not quad I like the XLR8 sound but I really want to sip on the ATLP kool-aid.

why would he do that? the current quads were supposed to be exclusive. why would another version of them be as well? wouldn't these be generic ones that aren't as exclusive as the originals?

 

This is like that game "telephone". Lol you say one thing, and the final message comes out to something random like...ATLP fried chicken quad exhaust waffles.

Anyway, we are making a different & new styled system with quad tips. Not another batch of the original quads (as stated, those are and have been limited). The new design will have a smooth & clean look to them, with an added bit of spice.

Finally putting in my first mod today (CAI AEM V2) so excited!!!
UPS is supposed to drop it off an minute now.

And I have been trying to figure out what to do next.
I would have gone with the original quads but since they are gone, either hold the cash money till this possibility or tbd...

...If you told me that somewhere behind closed doors ATLP was working on a new quad... that is definitely something I am interested in...

Yeah, Mike got tired of all the terrorism here about getting more quads made (me being one) so it's a no-brainer he'll do a future "Version 2".

Save your money guys....I'll take that "ATLP fried chicken quad exhaust waffles" with the added spice!

ATLP not so competitive in the quad tip market....as of right now, 8xlerate quads are flying off the self. in the grand scheme of things, there isn't many companies offering quad tip package for the TL. w/ the summer upon us, everyone is getting bit by "modding" bug and wish to revamp their exhaust package...... (wish i could buy some stocks in this company right about now!)

nope. you're either gonna have to trim your bumper to install a rear type-s a-spec underbody spoiler or get a type-s bumper

im down for the batch of quads sheesh, i changed my whole bumper for that exhaust :-/ i got a tls bumper on a 06 with huge ports and a teeny exhaust lol... i need those quads Mike!!!!!! i got money now lets do it!!

Cutting is a must if adding the type-s a-spec rear, yes?
Just in case or if I have to go back to the base eventually...

And other question.. is adding the type-s bumber to a 06 base possible? ...That might be cheaper than getting the whole a-spec...
