Differences after V3 J pipe & HFPC's

Hey gang im just trying to see what differences you guys have noticed after these 2 changes for my car it seems like the idle is a lot smoother idk if I was just to high or what but the other day i was at the drive thru and couldn't tell if my car was on or not. Also shifting seems to lag a bit im not sure if thats a problem or a benefit though I remember rocketing from red lights before I made the change.

How about you guys? Mines an 05 automatic btw

Definitely agree it made the car run a little smoother, especially at idol. Including giving it a super smooth and quiet idol at times. I've also noticed this at the drive through. Transmission shifting on the other hand may not be related at all. When was the last time the fluid was changed?

Transmission fluid was changed back in 2018 when I did a tranny swap. Tmrw I'm gonna check and clean egr valve and possibly change an o2 sensor which had white a white tip that I noticed when I installed my front hfpc
