contemplating on an exhaust setup

I have a 2004 TL and ive been searching around for awhile now for exhaust but i only seem to be able to find the common ones like the xlr8, rt6,atlp, and obx. I really dont want to be spending upward to a grand on a exhaust setup and was wondering if just getting dual GReddy Revolution universal mufflers whilst removing the resonator and mid pipe be a viable solution. if anyone has other suggestions for mufflers please feel free to post your thoughts.

the only way you'll learn is by doing....

so, buy that shit and learn....
if you dont want to, then your only options are the $1000 cat backs...

Are looking primarily for sound or performance? If it is the latter, a long tube J-pipe is about half the price of an exhaust and you can actually feel the gains. After that if you want more sound remove the mid muffler and replace the resonator with a Dynomax or Magnaflow. Give you a deeper idle, a bit more sound when accelerating but absolutely zero drone and your car will be quiet inside at freeway speeds.
