ATLP V3 J-Pipe

I knew that would get your attention. Right now the RV6 V3 J-pipe reins supreme. Well it's the question I'm sure is on many minds but will ATLP release their V3 of the long J-pipe? Is there a pipe that can possibly push the envelope and improve on Richie's design? ATLP has arguably been able to do it historically.

It's like a Pepsi/Coke or PS3/XBOX360 type of question....what camp are you in?

i seriously doubt it. the ATLP is already a great flowing design... hence why i havent opted for the RV6 V3 yet. not saying i wouldnt gain a few ponies, but not worth the trouble for such little gains.

now, if i was in the market for a brand new jpipe, then i would definetly put the RV6 V3 on the top of my list

There is a small section of pipe right after the merge for a wideband bung. This should provide a accurate combined wideband signal.

These kinda threads and camp talk is pretty fckn annoying. No offense. Get a product out, test it, sell it, dyno it. If it reigns supreme then maybe, maybe talk a little smack. But before that, well you get the point...

Well OK I get your point about what camp you're in, that's not primarily what I intend to see with this thread....more importantly I am just wanting to see if there could be a enough interest stimulated to see ATLP go to the drawing board.

No offense to Richie at all. That J-pipe looks beautiful and most of the feedback is stellar. It's just that we had 2 choices before, with the V1 and V2. Just want to see how many people would still like a choice with the V3. I know I would.

It is very small and right against the firewall. I'm not knocking your product. But in terms of my needs, your V3 doesn't meet my requirements.
Although, 99% of this forum has no use nor will install a wideband.
Keep up the good work Richie.

i actually think installing the bung on the catback is a much easier option, plus its really tight in there between the flange and the merge for a bung IMO. i think it will give you a more accurate reading too. you want it at least a couple of inches after the merge collector
