Windows not working

Windows not working
I searched and couldn't find a direct answer.
I just recently picked my car up from a fresh paint job this past Friday and now my clock wont work(it's 1hr 42 min off). I tried resetting the time and it won't work and also, when I put my key in the door and turn it left or right twice, the windows won't roll up/down. They'll roll down if I hold the unlock button twice, but not with the key in the door. If I remove the negative battery cable for a bit, will it fix it? They had my car for 6 weeks and one day I drove by and saw that they had a battery charger hooked up to it.

Why not take it back to them and let them figure it out? Maybe they forgot to connect something.
Do you have navigation? There is a known issue with navigation - it reverted back to 2002 or whatever and shows wrong time.

Does windows lights light up at all with key on? Any chance that they took doors off while working at the paint?
If you want to tackle the issue yourself, can check wires for power ground, and take off door panel, I'm willing to help.

What do you mean do the window lights light up? They did take the door panels off. I believe they removed the outside handles to paint them seperate. I'm going to takw the panel off today and look at it. Is there a seperate connector for that key window up/down function?

I meant the windows switch button light. If whole unit is disconnected no windows should operate, but maybe something else is disconnected or plug is not seated all the way.

All of my windows work correctly. They also roll down if I hold the unlock button on the fob. Just won't go up or down when key is inserted into door.

You never wrote that switches work correctly and I assumed they don't. In that case just make sure everything is plugged in.
I don't remember if our cars have plug on door lock assembly or lock cylinder but something somewhere is not connected.

How that connector that goes to door lock cylinder looks? Test it with multimeter Should be 3 wires:
Just to be 100% I'm positing correct diagrams, what car exactly do you have? Year model trim?
