Question Will this work for decompiling the NAVI software?

Just found this on the web. It supposibly decompiles Windows CE CAB files back to original sources. It cost $20. Here's a description of the product and a link.

***CabWUZ - Windows CE CAB File Extractor ***
Designed and priced with small hobbyists in mind, CabWUZ allows you to decompile a Windows CE CAB file back into its original sources for easy editing. Simply point it at the CAB file and tell it where to extract it to, and it will automatically regenerate the INF and source files needed to rebuild the CAB using Microsoft\\\'s CABWIZ utility.

Here's the link: http://www.hotdownloads.com/index.php3?job=3&id=77122.

I'm wondering if this can be used in the effort to remove the nag screen and "Ok" button.

BTW, if the posting of the URL violates policy - please remove!

Thanks
