Unhappy Where is the play/pause button for cd's on TL's with Navi?

Does the TL not have this basic function for CD's ? I looked thru the cd help voice commands and briefly thru the instruction manual. The only way I found to stop playing a track is to switch to the radio or turn the audio system off. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Push the disk number stops it. If you are playing disk 3 then pushing button 3 will pause the disk.

And if you press and HOLD the button it STOPS the CD. The CD resumes from the beginning of the CD the next time you resume.

You can just push the "answer call" button on the steering wheel. Even if you don't have a bluetooth phone connected, it will pause/mute all audio coming out of the stereo.

I can't even tell you the last time I touched a cassette tape. I know people have had problems with the Griffin SmartDeck. I wonder if a regular tape adapter would work with my iPod.

It works fine. I have the cassette iPod adapter, and I've also used the iRiver adapter. I figure why else would they have put a cassette player in a 2004+ car? I think I still have a few cassettes (mostly the big hair 80's bands), but those were replaced quickly with mp3's from Napster and the iPod.

Comes in handy. I'm glad it's there since we have no iPod integration or mp3 capabilities on the '04 (yet).
