Verizon KRZR K1m Status

Sorry if this is a repost...but thought some of you would like a status of Verizon's KRZR K1m. It shows signal strength and battery strength. So far, the calls have been clear. No experience yet on whether call waiting is supported.

This phone has been mentioned in a few threads, but I don't think anyone has commented on its compatibility with the HFL. (You're safe )

Thanks for the update.

i just got one of these the other day. paired fine, and also shows the incoming call number on the MID. don't know if call waiting works though. i figured it would work ok, it is just a newer razr which i had no problems with before.

**this phone also has real time GPS nav for those of you without navigation. it costs 9.99 per month which may make you think twice about getting it. i have a company service discount so i don't mind the additional fee.

Played with one yesterday at my local Verizon store.

Turns out, it's nothing more than a 'smaller' Razr.
Smaller keyboard for small fingers, and a smaller screen, period!

I have this phone....seems to actually work a lot better with our HFL than the V3c razr. No popping when a call is connecting. All functions work great!

Same software and firmware as V3m. Meaning it is the same as the v3m, not the V3c, only real difference is the addition of the memory card expansion slot. And the Krzr supports OBEX.

also for syncing it to the computer with motorola phone tools, you need to wait a couple weeks because the drivers are not available yet.

just got one as a backup phone and it won't sync yet... =(

Why can't you use the drivers for the VCm and just select that model in MPT? Like I said it is the same fir and soft ware as that model.
