Stereo Installed... Now Engine Lights!

So got my sub installed. Got the Noise Canceling Mic Disconnected. Just tapped into the stock sub. And am using a high level input to the amp.. Now All of a sudden I have engine lights goin off...

First I had the Airbag light in my cluster go on. But no message on the nav..

Then I moved my remote wire to the stereo fuse. and that went away. In the process I might have removed a fuse and put it back in while the car was running (Stupid Me).. I know

Now I have tranny messages and VSA and Traction messages. I restarted a few times.. But am going to let it sit for a few then try a restart.. Any Thoughts???

I know I should go to the dealer and have them run the codes.. But I don't like to hear about things i screwed up..

Did you turn the ignition on with something disconnected? Many cars throw lights if you unplug the seat and take it out, unplug the radio, or other things. Maybe you didnt tap the right wire for turn on. You could use the turn on wire behind the head unit but you need to up the voltage with a relay.

I did that in my wife's MDX when I installed the Pioneer Navi. I mounted the brain under the pass side seat and disconnected the airbag when I did. I plugged it back in and it wouldn't reset. I had to have the dealer plug in and reset it. Cost $50 for them to push a d@mn button!
