Radio Code error

I just installed Compustar remote start. I was told it disables car security feature, I'm ok with that. I now only use spare key that came with the car along with compustar fob. Car also came with 2 factory key fobs that I don't carry with me. I just noticed that radio is asking for code, I looked in owner's manual and couldn't locate it. I thought it would be on the last page but it's not there either. Need your help finding it. TIA.

Check inside the glove box. If it's not there, check in the leather-bound manual that came with the car. If it's not there, you'll need to get the serial number from the radio and go onto a website to get the radio code.

You can also call Acura client relations - always a quick turnaround getting a code for a new vehicle, especially helpful when I'm talking to someone that can just look it up.

In my two different TL's, the code was in the same place for both. Check underneath the fuse box lid next to the intake manifold / throttle body.

Ok so I'm going to revive this thread. Back story, I bought the car used and it didn't have the owners manual. I didn't think anything about it. Ordered a manual off ebay. Then about 2 months ago the battery died, not completely, but I had to jump start it. That's when I realized I needed the codes. The radio worked but I needed the nav code. I did some digging on here and found the website mentioned above. Entered all the info and got the codes. Nav code worked fine. Fast forward to today, I removed the battery and front bumper to replace all my bulbs and when I put everything back together I entered the nav code... great, works fine. I go to enter the radio code I have on the preset numbers and it says code error. Try it again... code error 2. Now I'm stumped / pissed. I don't know how many chances you have, but I don't want to completely screw this up. Any ideas before I stop at Honda (since there are 2 Honda dealers way closer than an Acura dealer)?

I had gotten the codes off the website mentioned 2 months ago when my battery died and the nav code worked but I did not need the radio code. Now I needed the radio code and it kept giving me a “code error” using the code from the website. I called and they gave me a totally different radio code that worked. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
