Radio Codes?

Hey I just picked up my 07 TL S yesterday and I have heard people talking about the radio codes on here. I havent been able to find the radio codes anywhere in my manuals though. Where can I look to find these radio codes, and what do I need to keep them for? Thanks in advance! Also do I need the radio codes to get my XM subscription?

Check the glovebox, also go to the fuse box covers (interior and underhood) and check under it. I found my radio code and serial number on fuse box cover (underhood). You should have card woith your code if you got manual I think. If you cant find code press 1 and 6 buttons on your radio and you will see radio serial number than register at acuraowners and you will get radio code. Or go to dealer and pay ~20$

That gonna be white sticker with 2 numbers (8 digit - serial number and 5 digit- radio code). When you will have your 5 digit radio code just turn key and press Volume button (You will see "enter code" or "code") than enter 5 digit code. I dont know about XM becouse in Europe we dont have it

You can also pull your radio code from the Acure Owners website http://owners.acura.com/ You'll need the VIN and they'll verify ownership.

The radio code is needed after you disconnect the battery.

You'll need the XM radio ID if you want to subsribe to XM. It's located on XM Channel 0. Call XM radio and they should give you a free 90 subscription.

Thanks for the help! I am gonna call XM and see if they will give me a 90 day trial. Will they let me do the $77 a year sign up thing after that though you think?
