It looks like you have the handling of a router down as your trim plate looks exceptional.

Can you estimate the cost on everything you have installed if you were to buy it all new?
Thanks! The self-guiding bits help a lot with the router work.

I'm going try to make it to a competition this year. I think it would be fun just to see how it does. Besides my wife and my friends, none of whom are into car audio, I'm pretty much the only one who has heard it. It sounds good to me, but it could sound like crap to other people. Mainly, I'd just really like to have a chance to listen to some other cars.

I have no clue how much everything would cost if I bought it new. Probably close to what I paid for the car, if I had to guess. Pretty much everything I have in there was either used or on some sort of clearance when I bought it.

Page 14 crashes on me in Chrome. Works in Firefox. Haven't tried IE or Safari.

They do get hot to the touch, but I don't have any problems with them shutting down or anything. These Zapco DC's are Class A/B so they run pretty hot anyway, especially the sub amp. You should be fine with a similar setup. Just try to leave some extra room around the heat sinks and maybe add a fan if necessary.

I spruced up the install a little bit over the weekend. I picked up some vinyl scraps from the fabric store and wrapped the amp-rack cover. Much happier with how it looks now:

Haha yea. There have been so many good deals on the older Zapco DC's over the past year and I just kept picking them up. I've got another 200.2 under the driver seat No fans yet, but I will probably add a few before it gets hot again. The summers are brutal out here.
