Phonebook stopped working in HF connection

Phonebook stopped working in HF connection
All of the entries disappeared from my phonebook. When I request a "list", it indicates that the phonebook is empty. However, when I try to reenter the names it indicates the phonebook is full. Is there anyway to reboot the system so that it allows me to re-enter the names and phone numbers?
