Oh, hi there little button
I was poking around in my car today and found this little button under the steering wheel. I haven't noticed anything happening when I push it (driving or not). Do you guys have this on your 3G TL's? I’m sure it is just something that the previous owner installed but not sure what it could have been. Anyone have any idea what could have been installed that needed a hidden button like this?

That engages the flux capacitor and the cold fusion reactor allowing not only time travel but improved MPG's!!!
Nah I have not noticed that in my 3G i say trace it to find out what the original owner had it intalled to.

Do you have an alarm installed? That looks like the valet switch/bypass to turn it off if you have to open the door with your keys in case you lost your remote or the batteries in it died. And nothing will happen if you push it while driving or parked. You have to push with a certain sequence... and only when your alarm is going off. Then your alarm will shut it off.
The sequence is set by the installer. This is all assuming of course you have an aftermarket alarm.

you mean an alarm??? that switch isnt for fuel cut or anything so it could only be for an alarm. The wiring in the first pic on the top of the dash piece makes me thinks that there is a compustar in therrrrr
