Navi screen blackout 2006 tl

The navigation screen on my 2006 Acura TL is blacked out there is an odd time where it will Flicker and want to turn on but ultimately it's just a black screen any ideas?

Everything works all the buttons work the lights around the screen work at night you can see lights behind the screen but there's nothing this is a brand new deck

i had same problem on my RL, i ended up changing navigation drive in the trunk
