my 2007 acura tl was bought used the screen on the navi pulls half way up in the left corner then goes black or snowy then sometimes the back cam works sometimes not and it comes on while going forward

 

the screen when i turn the car on comes up and the start up screen never goes any further someone please help it is a 2007 acura tl s my camera is possessed, it comes on when it wants to when driving forward even,, very rarely does it come on while going in reverse
