as soon as i connect to the hfl and i want to make my first outgoing call without using
a voice command, it never goes to the hfl, it is only on the phone itself, but if i go to make
another call later or get an incoming call, then try to dial an outgoing call, then it goes straight to the hfl. anyone know if i am doing something wrong?

My V710 has the exact same behavior. I think this is normal. I just always use the transfer command really quickly to transfer it over to the HFL. It's kind of a pain, but I'm not too picky

 

i tried doing that with the transfer command, but when i say it, it says phone is in use.
and it dosent transfer. u have any idea why?

 

hmmmm.... no I don't. I've transferred calls as the phone is ringing and in the middle of calls. My only question would be are you trying it too soon. I know I can't do it unless the other side is connected (start hearing it ring). If there's no connection on the other end, there may not be anything to transfer. Other than that, I have no clue.

 

With any phone that Ive used, ive had to dial the call from the phone, press menu, turn off hands free and then after the call is answered, press menu> turn on hands free and then it transfers, most of the time on the first try, sometimes i have to do it twice. Idont know why that thing is cooky like that.
