Looking for amp mounting ideas

Anyone got pics of how they have mounted their amps or where they are stealthing them?

I'm currently considering small amps the seats or just mount on the back seats if possible

I mount mine to the sides of the trunk - not stealth. Sub amp on the left, 6 channel on the right. I don't want them blocking sound if I mount them on the back of the rear seat.

Gravity Mounted to the garage floor right now lol

I tried to build a vertical rack on the left side of the trunk yesterday. It'll work if you have small amp(s), but doesn't work for me with 2 decent sized amps plus the MS-8. Building a false floor tomorrow.

took out the spare tire and used that space. got some MDF wapped in charcoal carpet and screwed both amps/x-overs onto it.

nothing pretty or fancy but it works.

I just did it... There is a USF car show/meet tonight and I am just coming back in from throwing something together.

Of course, this is temporary...

I went through this with my 07 type S. First built a rack that was across the back of the back seat. Held well but seemed to block sound. I have a custom sub box that is fiberglass and fits in the well to the driver side in the truck so mounting on the box was not a option at the time. Now I have it under the passenger seat.

This is how I mounted the giant old school amps... i kept the spare tire and had the sub box sitting in the trunk at the moment. Been thinking about building a fabricated sub box in the spare wheel well, and just tie the spare tire somewhere in the truck once I use the spare tire wheel well for the 12" sub.

^ guess i didn't read carefully, completely failed the stealthy part lol. I planned to build a wall to hide the amps but I don't think this is what you are looking for.
