Length of power wire needed?

I ran a sub in my Accord last year and I was able to salvage everything for use in my 07 Type S. I'm just going to go the LOC route b/c I already have everything and I'm sure it will be fine for my taste.

I have 16ft. of 4 gauge wire. Will that be enough to run from the battery to the trunk? I did some rough measurements and it looks like it will, but I'd like to know for sure before starting the install in the morning.

Thanks!

does it run the length of the car?
All installs are different; you run into different problems. if 16ft is equal to the length of the car you should be good. I rather have a little extra than to be short.

hope this helps.

I just thought someone had suggested a length in a thread once?? It's more than the length of the car and I know it's good to have play - I just don't want to be a foot short after getting it ran.

17 feet is more than enough. All depends on where you wanna locate the amp
