installing a sub

hi everyone, i bought a 06 TL w/navi last months and wanted to put my old sub from my CL to my TL, but anyone know how can i hook up the amp without disconnect the factory sub? and do i need to get the RF mod to hook up the 2 RCA cable to amp?

hopefully someone will know

I just split the wire going to my factory sub so it goes to it and my amps.. I got two amps and am using the high level inputs... If your amps dont have this than just get a converter to convert to low level RCA and than your good to go...

I just got me an 06 with navi also and my question is... where is the factory amp? do i just use a Y-RCA plug to split the RCA??

factory amp is behind the passenger side kickpanel, and there are no RCA connections available.

so how can someone install an amp to the factory deck?? is there a way to install a 1000 watt amp?

one item... Rockford Fosgate 3sixty.1 or 3sixty.2.......... Best way to do it in my opinion... $$$ expensive though...

I tried the High to low converter from the subwoofer speaker levels... horrible sound... 'cause of the factory eq settings...
