I found a treasure!

found these babies jus sitting in my basment is it worth putting em in??

If they have been sitting for awhile be prepared for them to not last very long. hot/cold temp changes plus the fact they have not been used for some time will play a big part in their longevity. Try them out to see if they still work and rock them for a bit. I can't imagine they wouldn't be a improvement over the stock ones.

not that long but i have a finished basement so the temp isnt bad! they feel like brand new.

how hard is it to put em in our cars? 2004tl btw

Our cars take 6.5 rounds, not 6x9s. You might be able to adapt them for the rear deck, but they might be more trouble than they are worth.

Unless you are willing to cut the metal "box" welded to our package shelf, you will not get these in and even so, they probably won't fit due to the seat belt mechanism for the center seat.

I wouldn't think the temp change would do anything, aren't they designed to be in a car? Cars go from 120-130 in the summer to 15-20 in the winter depending where you live.
