So i have been thinking about getting an isimple or a USA Spec device for my iphone. Has anyone used one of these devices to intigrate a laptop into your nav? I have a small hp 2510p that i might get a solid state drive. How would the functionality work with the display? Would you want to install a tablet os?

 

I think you would need another device, such as the doms nav2go unit.

 

I don't know about this but a lot of guys have integrated a car PC. I am not familiar with this installation so I can't say for sure what they did.
