I had some bulbs in the steering wheel buttons replaced last week. HFL and interior lights work fine till 2 days ago. no the HFL buttons dont work, the radio doesnt display my phone signal strength, and the overhead interior lights are out. Are these on the same fuse? how do i reset the HFL system? Im taking it back to the dealer next week but i would still like to know whats going on...anyone???

 

Check fuse #6 under the dash, I think it'll take care of both problems...

 

thanks and that did the trick but i still wonder why it blew??? i added led lights to the interior but i dont see how that could increase the amperage on that circuit. anyone have an opinion?

 

Had the same problem with my led lights. They blew 3 times. Their all right now. I was clueless on why they did that though

come on guys. with all the smarts around here i know someone knows...

 

just asking to be clear, but when exactly did you install the LED's? I would think that they are loose or causing a short causing the fuse to blow.
