Hello Aziners..
Haven't been in hear in a while... Looking for some help from an Audio Guru. I have been having an issue with my sub (Kicker L7 10") at first I thought hmm winter cold weather, sub is taking a while to loosen up and kick full force.. Guess not, did a little diagnostic on it myself and found out that when I start my car in the morning drive to work for 40mins bass is weak, now I turn the car off and leave ignition switch open BOOM full power coming from my sub.. Someone help please, check battery terminal and looks fine, check connection on my amp (Alpine MRP-M650) and looks fine too.
What could possibly be wrong in this picture?

SUCKA!!!! Make sure your amp is still on when the car is running. There should be a light somewhere on it. They could've used the wrong trigger wire. The bass you are hearing could be just from your stock sub. if your in Nj this weekend, hit me up Puto. Hopefully this snowstorm doesn't call me out. Im On-Call for work this weekend.

Yoo what's up guys, long freakin time! Haha, some of the last OGs up here.
Yea it's gotta be that remote wire man just like infamous said. I've seen people wire that up to all kinds of wrong stuff. If you want to rule it out try and just unhook it and take a long test wire feeding it a separate 12V source and see if that solves the problem. And logically if you ruled out all wiring issues then it's your amp itself. In that case no use repairing it, even quality amps are real cheap nowadays.
