The DVD audio in my 2004 TL stopped working. When I brought it into the dealer, they agreed it needed to be replaced. However, it is now 3 weeks and they are still unable to obtain a new system. Any ideas what is going on? Anyone have a similar experience?

 

What dealership are you using? AoB, cause in my experience they are pretty good. If I were you I would whine and get a loaner(only if its an upgrade, IE RL).

 

I am working with Claire Acura in Walpole, MA. Theie push back is that they need to hear back from Acura Corporate and expect they are upgrading the DVD audio player due to a defect.
