Nope...that's not it.....It's more upbeat...maybe its track 4?

 

its by the doobie brothers, i forget what the song is called. my friend was obsessed with that song too, and he frantically looked for it and finally found it on kazaa.

Track 4 is the DVD - Audio Intro. I can't listen to it since my car is spending some days at the dealer.
The Doobie Brothers is "Long Train Runnin". I dont see any other one by them.
There is also track 12, "It was a lover and his lass". Sorry if I can't be of help.
