I have an 04 Acura TL. I recently installed aftermarket speakers all around, amp, and sub. I kept the factory radio and I didn't bypass the stock amp as well. Whenever I turn on the car, with the radio off, there is low-pitched static present. When I turn the radio on the static becomes greater and is constantly present and can only be 'drowned out' when the volume is high. Also, whenever I rev my engine, it's like the static is in sync with the revs. I've looking around and I've read that it could possibly be the factory amp thats causing the static or I may be in need of an aftermarket radio. Truthfully, I would like to keep the factory radio is possible, but if that's the source of the static then I has to be done. Thanks!!!!
