Anyone's clock self-adjusted to daylight savings recently (NAV-equipped only?)

It says in the manual that on NAVI-equipped TL the clock is supposed to adjust itself automatically...but mine (2006 TL NAVI) didn't. I know that this year, the daylight savings came 3 weeks early vs. regular 03/25, so I held out til 03/26....and the time still hasn't changed, so did it manually.

What would be a fix for this?

I changed it manually when I noticed it didn't do it by itself.

thanks for all the replies... I can say that the car manual states that the time should automatically change...this advertised feature doesn't work. Acura should solve it or face class action law suit. WTF for 30+ G's the ride should not only change the time by itself but say my name, you know what I'm saying?

I think the issue was that bush changed the date of the DST... But then Acura never updated for the change, then this issue occured.

I think next year this will be all fixed. If not i'll just change it manually, it takes a few seconds to hit a few buttons to change it.

Too many liberals in this country. Always wanting a lawsuit.

How about this..........change the DST setting using that little screen on the dash. If you can use a computer, you can make this change. If not, ask the next door neighbor kid.

You missed about 3 earlier threads here a month ago bitching about the change to DST.
Congress changed the date for DST inception THIS year; the programming for DST change on the TL was performed based on the DST dates used for decades before Congress decided to make the change.
Can't be fixed with software.

It didn't adjust itself because this year's DST was moved 3 weeks earlier to save fuel/energy cost in the US.... so if u wait for 3 weeks, it should adjust itself

oops... just realized this post is a little late

I wonder if they will relase any data that shows that this actually saved any fuel/engery. I personally think that it is a bunch of bs.

I don't mean to be completely rude, but this has to be one of the most asinine comments I've ever read on this board.
