Sorry for another HFL question, as there are plenty of threads out there regarding HFL. I just purchased my car last week and still in the learning process. My question is, is the system in a 2004 TL compatible with the iPhones? I can't get my two to pair together. I did try putting it in the oven for 10 minutes and it didn't fix it. I believe the HFL has been replaced due to the box having a sticker with the wording "Reworked" on it. I'm just wondering if the system in the car is outdated to work with the phones of today or is my HFL box bad? Thanks!

 

. likely just a bad HFL unit and will need replacement. it pairs with iPhones fine

I was quoted a price of around $600.00 at the dealer. Same part was $200.00 on EBAY. Also on Amazon. Shop around.

 

i was quoted $785 by my Acura dealer... Something is very wrong with that

 

I also saw an ad on the internet where someone had one of these units for sale. They were asking $1100. for theirs. I hope someone will tell the buyers that they are being swindled.
Still the best price is around $200 on ebay and Amazon.

 

Check with some vendors here....I got mine for 175 a while ago
