Hey Everyone,

The voice on my Nav system will only come on when I hit the "Voice" button on screen. Is there not a way to have the prompts automatically come on prior to the turn? Am I missing something? Thanks for the help!

 

don't know about the 08 but the 06 just has a volume setting in setup menu. If the 08 is more like the mdx nav(not sure) you can choose how often you want the prompts

 

I'll try the volume setting. It would make sense if there was an option to select how often i want the prompts, but I looked through the entire setup and couldn't find it.

just go to the map screen, then hit Menu and the volume is the second option I believe...just make sure it's turned up or not "off"
