I do love the KBP, but I think matte white has a lot of potential. Don't be discouraged from the other responses, do what YOU want to do. If you had any other color, I think people would be all about it, so what does it matter what color is underneath when you're done?

Yo, OP, it's your car so YOU should decide what color you will be happy with.. since everyone is entitled to their opinion heres my two cents
I also have a KBP TL-S and I LOVE THE COLOR... why wrap it with a bland matte color such as white and black... I had a black TL before and it was hell hard to take care of and this KBP of mine looks clean after it's been through hell haha... But all in all, I think you shouldn't wrap it in vinyl, because everytime i see a car in a "matte" color i feel like they took their car from the body shop BEFORE IT WAS DONE...

If I had to choose between Black or white matte on a KBP... I would go with the Black Matte.

Technically speaking, I don't think matte white would look that much different than gloss white since white in general captures little to no reflection of light/objects. Where as a gloss black car reflects everything and anything, matte black reflects just light gradient and no objective reflections. I speak of experience in car photography. A gloss black car is extremely hard to shoot to have professional-grade photos.

Oh, and please.. if you do this, BE CAREFUL WITH THAT razor!! I mean I could see someone forgetting where the panel ends and keep cutting into the next panel making a nice key mark.. YUCK

Oh yeah.. and watch your fingers too

If you are set on wrapping your already cool colored car, I believe I saw some film on the lamin-x website that was matte clear. That way you can keep your unique color and have some protection from chips, scrapes and so on, plus you can still have the matte look which you are looking for.
