when you get your windows tinted...
make sure you look closely at all windows to make sure there are no scratches.
i got my tints done a few days after i got my car, which was about a month ago. only recently did i notice two huge (by huge i mean 10-12 inches) scratches on the back window, near the bottom. they're pretty deep, although not very easily noticeable (hence, i didn't see it until yesterday). presumably, they were made by the utility knife they use to cut the film.
it's funny, 'cause i was actually looking at the rear defog vent, thinking this is a cool, thoughtful feature... and was happy about it. and then i noticed the fawking scratches!!
i'll probably post some pics tonight... and go talk to the tint shop tomorrow. i've gotten three cars done by them, and this is the first time this happened... i'm pretty sure they'll straight up deny it, but i can't just let it slide.
just wanted to vent and tell you guys to examine your car closely when you get your car tinted... i guess i was too excited about the car looking so good, i forgot to check.
