Vsa?
Did your car come with an owner's manual at all, by the way? It would take all of 3 seconds to find that info. Instead, it took two minutes to get my reply. When you press the VSA button, it turns off the system.
Edit: I reread your question and I'm confused. Do you mean what IS VSA, or what does the button do when you press it? You can't "turn it on", it's on by default each time you start the vehicle.
