Very odd issues

I have an 04 ABP TL. My problem has to do with the seat memory. This is the second time it has occured. The seat memory will lose its settings and won't work. The information screen still says driver 1, but when I press the button to move the seat to the driver 1 preset, it won't move. The light does not come on and the seat or mirrors don't do anything. So I have to reprogram the seat again and I'm getting annoyed with it. What is going bad in my car?

Also, I have a rattle that I don't think has been discussed. It sounds like its coming from my steering column inside the plastic enclosure. I don't think its the turn signal or windshield wiper arms, but it sounds like a very loose plastic piece inside of the enclosure. It happens every time I go above 25 and if I'm not on a perfectly paved road. Its kind of loud. I haven't been able to find where exactly its coming from because I have to be driving to hear it. Any ideas?

The memory seat module is a known issue and will be replaced under warranty in a few minutes.

Doesn't the car have to be in park for the set memory buttons to work?

I was squishing one of my kids the other day with the seat when we were stopped at a long light. Pushing the #1 button wouldn't do anything unless I put the car in Park.

I wish it were as simple as being in park. I think its the memory module because it doesn't work when the car is off. in park and on, or with the key in the accessory mode. I'm glad its not some huge thing that is difficult to replace though

Acura already has a fix for this. Just take it in and they will fix it for free.
