Verizon told me today that they are releasing the v600 for their systems and should be bluetooth enabled. Not sure when it's gonna be released, he said before Christmas. So if you have Verizon don't get rid of the service yet, best one out there, at least in Charlotte.

 

V600? That is a GSM-only phone, AFAIK.

Verizon has no bluetooth phones on the horizon. You may want to try the Verizon forum on Howard Forums, a major cell phone forum, as there are a number of knowledgeable people there who are saying "no" to this idea. Apparently, only SonyEricsson and Samsung have CDMA Bluetooth phones, and neither has them on the market in the U.S. yet.

 

i wish the v600 was being released by verizon...i don't see how though!

 

I have been told by the service tech there is a V600 coming out probally by the end of December for Verizon. If you look at the other phones V60's there are diffrent models, so why wouldn't they do the same with the V600? I'm just telling you what I was told. Every phone company has the V60 so it will be released by Verizon. may be longer though.

 

I called Motorola today and they confirmed that the V600 will be shipped in December. The rep said he didn't know (or maybe wouldn't say) which carriers will have the phone. I'll call back in a few weeks.
