V-LED's Questions

Sorry but for 2 days I can't search???

I want to clear my headlights myself and want to know if the V-LED Type 2 Dual color changing HID white/amber 60 M-SMT turn signal bulbs 3157, Part #ID 3157_60_SMT_WA2 are the best ones? Will they fit without modification? I also read somewhere? That a resister is needed.

Another question. I want to change my fog lights also. The owners manual says they are HB4. I saw a V-LED 2 L-LED HID white 68 M-SMT DRL/FOG bulbs HB4 9006 6K Part ID 9006_68_W. Are these what I should get? Put in and no mods needed?

Thankyou. I can't search AZ for some strange reason?

Search is broken; there are threads about it in the main 3G forum and Ramblings.

As for the turn signals, yes, you will need resistors (unless you want the hyper blinking). Unless the bulb is one of those weird looking ones, it should fit...a link would be nice.

BTW you can use google for searches under acurazine and it will pull many threads, I've been doing it that way.

whenever you install led's for your turnsignals, you will need resisitors. Any led that flashes with need a resistor. Unless you want it to hyperblink. The faster they blink, the shorter the life of the led.

Those will NOT work for a 2006. 04-06 TLs use 7443 bulbs, not 1157/3157.

The type II 60LED switchback is not available in 7443 on v-leds.com. Believe me, I've looked

The bulbs you need are 7443. 3157s won't work.

I wasn't sure which would work. I will order these and the resistors. What about the best fog bulb for my 06. I want something close to the OEM HID headlight, not yellow or blue.

Yes, they are plug and play...I can't help you with the fogs tho, I have yellow ones. Try searching, if search is broken use google and just include the word acurazine in your search.
