The biggest thing with the turbo for the TL is the Manifold. If you can get someone to frabricate you a manifold you may have a chance at going turbo. Piping and other miscellanous items you can probably either custom yourself or get someone that knows how.(KEYWORD is knows how). That and plus you have to decide of the internals are going to need replace. I am not sure what the compression is on the TL. If it is at high compression you may be only able to run low boost. Couple things to think about. GOOD LUCK tell me if you do it that would be sick. I am sure once R&D gets done its going to cost an arm and a leg for the kit.
About not having space for one I dont think is really a big factor. Have you ever seen the engine bay of a twin turbo Infiniti G35. That engine bay is really tight but can still manage to stuff two turbos and the necessary piping.
On another note I was wondering, I was having a drunken conversation with a couple friends and they were trying to tell me I can turn engine to make my car rear wheel drive. I understand the concept on the S2000 but is it possible in a TL. If not I am going to tell my friends that they are retarded and they should have listen to me.

I was meaning once the research and design was done and put into production the kits would be really expensive. 11:0:1 is not an engine your really want to turbo unless you run relatively low boost but then that would sucks ass if you can't tune your turbo.
topic has been discussed numerous times before, the search function is working for the most part now.
Also it is not the intake manifold or anything physical, its the tuning that is the problem.
