Pretty sweet, dude! Nice work. That first picture was trippin' me out because the bottom lenses looked amber. I'm glad that was just an illusion in the picture. Whew!

They look just like the tail lights off the Chinese version TL's..
I wonder if the turn signal will light up pink at night...which is usually what happens when you delete the red.

Dude you never cease to amaze me.....finally someone clears their tail-lights AND headlights! I think your car has more one-off, original, non-copycatted mods than any car I've seen. Post some pics, I gotta see this! (suggestion....Y not try some amber LED turn signals? I'm planning to do them on my car too. If you did them on the front too the car will look hot

I want it yellow because my front signal are yellow and my foglight are yellow and then to top it off, the LED sidemarker I'm going to change it to yellow LED. So to make it consistant, I'm making the rear signal yellow. So everything yellow. Kinda like a JDM look ^_^

ya, nice but the idea isnt too original as those are the ones off the Chinese TL. That's what I wanted cause it would be more unique around here in the states, but don't know anyone over there to get me a set.

Nice! Can't wait for the pics either - on a side note anyone know where I can get the TL-S tails - doesn't look like A of E has them on eBay anymore. I need to find some asap! Sorry to hijack ur thread ua6 - but ummm pics?

nice, diggin the amber bulb for the turn signal...
but what color is the sidemarker blinking? can't tell. it's not really red but not really amber, looks like a bit in between. is that just the picture?

ehhh, they are ok. IMO the contrast of the white with the type-s sidemarkers, paint color and darker type-s tails is too great. maybe on a WDP or SSM. i'd like to see an all clear set, i think that would look sick on the above colors.
btw, ayethetiense was right....they are identical to the chinese spec tails.

My next mod is going to change the side amber LED sidemarker to yellow LED sidemarker.

Actually I did came up the idea before 06WDPTL because I saw the Chinese version tail lamp and wanted to get a hand of that but my friend who works for Honda can't get any exported parts at the TL plant. I called up my friend in Shanghai and said the shipment of the TLs and RLs won't be here in China in late Jan 07 or Feb 07. And the parts won't be in around March 07. My friend tried to source it out for me in China but no luck because they have build any dealership in Shanghai or Beijing. Regardless I will still get it.
