Well I was on my way to go pick up my grandmother from church when this Black Mustang GT hits me from behind and then runs.

I got his plate number though...

It looks like I need a new trunk, rear bumper and the bottom portion of the aspec kit.

Good thing is though it's not going to make my rates go up and I already had an appointment on Monday for the hail damager on my TL.

She's only 2 months old and she's had a hard knock life.

sorry to hear that. my TL got hit on it's 2nd month anniversary. plenty others had bad luck within 2 months so your not alone. maybe now you can get the 2007 TL-s rear end

Damn! Son-of-a-bitch...and tried to flee, huh? In the state of Maryland, that is a criminal offense (and probably all states as well)! So you will be able to stick it to them real good AND get your car fixed! Good luck!

There is something freaky going on with the 2 month thing. I've had my TL-S for 2 months and 4 days and somebody scratched my rear bumber on Thursday night. Hit and run in a parking lot. Took some paint off but no damage to the plastic bumper. A guy here in town does the most amazing spot touchups. He does all the work for the Porche and Lexus guys. My baby sees him Monday.

My TL is coming back with a vengeance.

So I'm driving my S2000 for now.

The TL is getting the 07 rear for sure

 

Yup, I agree. When i got my TL in June 2005, with in a week or so someone shot a bb pellet at my car. It hit the black trim part of the passenger door, lucky it missed the window. Then maybe a month later, stuff kid dented my rear quarter panel with a shoping cart.

I think after the 2 month period everything should be okay

Stupid people these day, HIt and Run...it just make it worst. Probably some stupid kids.

Hope you called the cops and get their ass and hope everything turn out okay.

P.S. as a previous owner of a black mustang GT I can tell you that the guy driving that car should have his mustang owner's license revoked. He doesn't deserve a nice car. He should be limited to a tricycle.

that sucks you got hit, but i'm glad you got the plate so you can get it fixed and he gets punished to the full extent of the law

Luckily Plano rolled out the red light camera on that intersection about a month ago and it got the whole accident.

They will catch the guy soon.

Car goes in the shop in about 10 hours.

Very sorry, poor car I had that happen once, I chased the guy but he wouldn't stop. So I went and called the cops. Took a while to find him. His Cadilac couldn't beat my Firebird WS 6 so he slammed into my front fender with his boat

sorry to hear about the hit and run man.... i was in LA for work for a week and when I came back last week there was a "key" mark in the door about 8 inches long, they pushed so hard that it wasn't just down to the metal....the metal was dented in from them leaning into it!! plus they punched and kicked it a few times...500 dollar deductible down the tubes!

Same thing happened to my sister but she couldnt get the plates.... Atleast you got the plates...

 

Just got back home from dropping it off at Acura.
I should have it back tomorrow.

They gave me a TSX though. I wanted an 07 TL... but oh well.
