I have tried to find a tint place around Philly that has done a new TL and no luck so far. No one that I have talked to knows anything about putting in the felt. Can anyone help me out?

 

Hey, I had mine done by a place in Maple Shade, NJ (GlassTint Specialists). Ask for Jeffrey 856-482-2288.

Now he did not do the felt and my drivers front and pass back window have small scratches. He guarantees his work work for LIFE. I told him this issue before he installed and he said OK. So as far as I'm concerned I have free tint whenever I want it. Now I'm not going to take advantage of him. I will also send him a few threads on this site that discuss moleskin and scracthes.

But in the end this guy is great, he stands by his work. He did my clearbra too, I had a small hair under the bra and he replaced for free.

Go to him and tell him Bill with the Silver TL recommended him. Good luck and tell me how it goes.

Bill - How much did the bra cost .. I'm having a heck of a time finding someone around Delaware who's reasonable.

 

I am looking for a place to do my tinting also....JErsey is pretty far for me so if you find any place i nthe western burbs let me know.

 

Kitchen, I am with you on that one. I am from Valley Forge, I also need to find a good mechanic that works on imports. Any comments?

 

I do not have a good mechanic either. I work near my dealer though so i will probably continue to use them even though they have a bad reputation ( Sussman)


Where did you buy your TL at?

 

i feel for you. we get a lot of customers that come to our dealer from sussman beacuse they were tired of their crap.

I just bought my WDP 6MT A-Spec TL over the weekend. Today i had my car tinted. I've been going to Sunsational tinting in Norristown, PA 610-277-4344 (http://www.sunsationalsigns.com). I got it for $260...a half-day job. This is my third car. They do the best tinting job i've seen around. I do recommend this place. The tint i use is 35% all-around. I'll be posting the final product soon.

 

Did they install the moleskin felt??? I bought my Tl in NJ somewhere. I have a guy that tracks cars for me, becuase I dont like dealing with dealers. I think it was Maple Shade...Yea.

Hey guys,I've been hanging around here for a bit.Was wondering what dealers you bought through .I've been looking in the Chester,Montgomery county area's.
Any one dealer you could recommend? I was hoping to buy or order a 2005 TL in the next 2 or 3 weeks

Ardmore Acura is suppose to have the 05s in this week. As a loyal 3-time customer, I think they offer the best deals...Montgomeryville Acura on the hand, will overcharge you. Have you tried West Chester Acura yet?

 

Had a bad experience at Ardmore with a Dealer.....little jerk! Be careful!

 

West Chester didn't really deal for me, I used Metro right by the airport ... Salesman was a little slow on the locate but it was no pressure and decent price.
