Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove the dash part under the stearing wheel.

I want to be able to access that blank panel by the VSA switch.

If anyone has experience on this, I'd appreciate it.

When they removed my glove box on my car, I saw that the side panel next to the door on the dash is removeable, if it is the same on the drivers side, you should be able to access the blank via that side opeining (it is pretty large).

 

Why was your glove-box removed?

 

It was removed twice, at delivery to fix a rattle, and then later to fix a second rattle, as it was found the mounting clips need replacement when the golve box is removed or they will cause a second rattle per a bulliten from Acura (which I can confirm they do).
