Just my
Any S4 under $8,000 may be quick, but it'll be the most unreliable car you'll ever own, as I've witnessed.

Getting it Done

Point blank truth is, the history, the owners, the maintenance.
If the owner beat on it or not, and was oil and major fluids changed frequently as well as tune ups and such.
I mean you can buy an S4 from some 20 year old dude who chipped it and beat it to hell and back, of course it'll suck.
Or you can get it from an older guy or even a woman that took care of it, went to dealer for all repairs and boom, that car will last forever and a half.
Like if you know about Talons, a lot of people know they can be very unreliable. My buddy bought a 99 TSI with 143k miles, every service as a receipt, timing belt...everything. The dude bought it brand new for 23k in 99' and my friend paid $800.00, the car runs better then my RSX-S did with only 90k miles.
There are also times where u can be super unlucky and get a brand new car from dealer and it just completely fails, like my sisters 07 Lexus RX330, it was lemon lawed, everything was done by dealer as well.

Anything under 10k with an S4 and your lookin at 80k miles+ but as long as the car has a log of all the maintenance then it would be fine... even 80k miles on a 2000 is under 10k miles per year...
