Hey,
When starting my car I always get sent to the Self Diagnosis Mode screen. My HFL is in red which I know needs replaced.

I never use the Hands Free Link so I am not going to fix it but does anyone know how to get my car out of the Self Diagnosis Mode? I can hold the Map/Guide Menu & Cancel at the same time to get me to a place where I hit Return and it goes off but does anyone know how to get it to where it does not go to Self Diagnosis Mode when starting up?

Mine is non-nav, so there is no self diagnosis screen, but when HFL failed, it wouldn't stop showing the message "pairing" on the info screen on the dash. I had to unplug the HFL module to finally kill it and enable use of the radio again. It's easy to access, so you might start there.
