allon you couldnt be more right. but actually, some people do drive stupid in a truck.

when i was in high school we were at the beach with a bunch of people, some of them started doing donuts and alot of stupid shit, BUT the lot was EMPTY, i was in my friends 87 chevy blazer, cock sucker tries to show off by flooring it in reverse and cutting the wheel trying to do a 180, but that didnt happen, we rolled over 2 1/2 times, AND the car was PACKED out, him and another in the front, 3 in the back, and 1 in the trunk. 1 left in an ambulance, and another hurt his back pretty bad but couldnt go to the hospital because he didnt have insurance.

another time, a guy in a 2002 explorer was doing around 70-80 in a 35, lost control hit a tree, bounced to the other side of the road, rolled over the curb, and hit another tree. his then girlfriend is now PARALYZED. and he has a NASTY scar from the top of his head all the way down the left side of his face.

ever since i was in the truck that rolled over, im actually afraid to take turns fast. its a good thing but it sucks. once i hit the track im sure it will go away LOL

So I just finally read that you're from Modesto, CA. I grew up there and I don't know of too many hills in that town.

Did you flip your car near Crows Landing or something? Is that one of the junk yards all the way down on 9th Street?

I'm not surprised you drive that way because I've seen a lot of people your age drive like that in Modesto.

Man you're lucky to be alive and everyone else is lucky to have not been in your way. Take it easy--careless disregard for life will lose you yours or someone else's.

I am not going to post on here and critique the op because hell I am guilty of it... 3 weeks after getting my license when I was 19 traveling 125mph I hit a pole... there are more details to it... and yes it was 100% because I was inexperienced...

but you don't see me sit here and brag about it... I can literally tell you this much.... seatbelt burns suck... and I was lucky

REAL FUCKING LUCKY

I tell you this much, posting this thread shows you that unlike me, you haven't learned a thing...

by the way... after that car I got a Z too... I had that car for 5 months, my friend totalled it in the rain... fyi, after a roll-over... you should've looked for something awd....

After working 34 years on the Fire Department, I don't call them "accidents" anymore, I call them crashes. Although not many people drive away with the intention of being involved in, or causing a collision, by driving the way that they do it is pretty much the same thing. Following too closely, driving too fast for road conditions (as in the OP's case), failure to signal, weaving in and out of traffic and ESPECIALLY inattentive driving are common traits that most drivers on the road today make common practice and they catch up sooner or later. Add to that the fact that most driving schools only teach how to pass the drivers license exam, and NOT how to drive a car safely.

Predictable is preventable.

In this case, high performance car, low performance driver. And AWD won't solve the problem, most crashes I go to involve an SUV or pick-up with AWD.

Astro,

I'm a mod over at My350z.com. I was wondering if you could send me a private message concerning this user. I'd like to get his ip to see if he comes to our site. If anything, out of professional curiosity to see if he starts a thread over there and what username he posts under.

And you've been here so long (5 months, wow) that you don't even remember that you couldn't send PM's until you were here 15 days and had 3 (it is now 5) posts, so don't go ragging on people if you don't know what you are talking about.

no what he said was you have to be a member here 15 days and have 5 posts in order to use the PM system, so that mod or whatever from the other site CAN'T PM an admin here...

so basically you have now proven that you

1. can't drive
2. can't comprehend what you read

thanks for playing.. anything else you would like to share?
