I don't know how your experiences have been so far here in Bakersfield but this town has a fair amount of angry drivers. I ended up in a fight in the middle of Coffee and Rosedale because apparently letting off the throttle and coasting to the redlight instead of flooring it and slamming on the brakes makes people mad. That was a bit embarassing as that's not exactly a small intersection. Lots of witnesses. For some reason, the guys in the lifted trucks love to mess with the TL. When I'm in the other car, no one messes with me.

OP I have to commend you for your lack of completely blowing up on that guy... It's amazing how stupid people are. I bet your happy you had that dash cam, and after seeing this I am seriously considering one too. Good luck with the repairs and the cops catching that asshole!

UPDATE
More video:
When he turns around towards me, the female is pulling at him and the steering wheel, so it wasn't too close.
Also, a detective called me yesterday. They have identified the dealership the plate belongs to and they were going to go there to see what they could find out. He called me again today and I missed the call, but he said he wants to come look at the damage on my vehicle.

Look here Airforce, don't come on here talking about your deployment history, especially when yours are flown high in the sky in a B52 away from direct fire. One tour of mine totaled 12 straight months and in a real war, Iraq. If you feel that way you should probably go to behavioral health and get evaluated. You think if you pull out your handgun and feed it to them, and your excuse is "I was in Bagram for 12 months in 3 years", the judge and prosecutor will get a good laugh, stick you in jail or house arrest, and punish you to the full extent of the law for being a threat to society. Having PTSD, if you do have it, is not a good thing these days, no one understands the bullshit we go though.
Well it depends on where this is at, then again look at that Zimmerman case. If the guy in the video hit the OP head on, jumped out of the vehicle with a weapon of some sort, and was trying to get in the OP's car, I would see that as justifiable to pull out the weapon and give him a warning, not just straight shoot him. In Washington if the guy is committing a felony ( rape, armed robbery ect) you can draw on him, but you can't just shoot him unless there is imminent danger to you or someones life. It's a grey area and like I said look at the Zimmerman case, would you really want to put yourself in that situation?

Wow, he totally break checked u, he wanted u to pass him up so he could see ypur face but u stay behind him so he drove forward and reversed so that he could see your face since u were not gonna move up and in the process hit u instead. he prolly felt safe because he didnt have real license plates so he basically was free to to anything.

Yeah, even though they can't get him for the DUI, he will still get a good amount of time for the hit and run and swerving at him.
I really can't imagine they can't find him if they found out what dealer the car came from. Especially with the video showing the color and everything. I would be more surprised if they can't find him. I hope he gets what he deserves.
