Post Replacement seat cushion?

Hey yall, currently doing a little resto work on the 07 TLS and next up is replacing the front seat leather bottoms. Went ahead and bought the pair from autocustomleathers.

The driver seat especially seems to sink noticeably when sitting down so I'm thinking I should look into having the actual foam/cushion part replaced as well. It's hard to tell if it is just from the old age of the foam or possibly one of the springs underneath is busted. Is there any place to buy this online or is this something that the upholstery shop who is swapping the covers for me would be able to do. I searched for quite some time and was only able to find actual replacement cushions for the 04-06 base models. Obviously I could just buy the seat bottom from Acura but I think they were like $600 a side which is rediculous.

I know replacing the seat leather is common but nobody ever mentions the seat cushion itself so any input is greatly appreciated!

what normally happens is the foam crushes and starts to get cut up by the springs supporting the foam. The foam is available but it's something like $800 for the "foam assembly". An auto shop can cut new foam out of bulk foam they have and make the seat feel much better. You can also buy foam online and cut it yourself to get it good!

Alright I'll have to ask my upholstery guy about it, thanks for the info.

I bought the seat leather from him actually, just waiting for them to arrive. Saw all the good reviews over the years and finally decided it was time lol.
