Cracked drivers seat

Anyone know the best way to repair a hole in the drivers seat. It's on the outside "ass portion" of the seat. Am I pretty much screwed?

Thanks, fsttms1. $280, huh? Damn. Wasn't expecting that. What is I found a matching seat from a junkyard....think I'd find it cheaper? Would I have to buy the entire seat? How easy would it be to take that section from the "new" seat, then replace it?

Good point.

Let the searching begin. If anyone hears anything, keep me posted. I have the tan interior. Think anybody has one for sale on here?

Has anybody tried this:

I have some minor cracks on the left side of the driver seat. I think that's the vinyl portion. 99TL BTW. Found this on Pepboys for $11.

couldn't you have the seat, or perhaps just the bottom cushion, reupholstered??

anyone know how much that would cost??

i bet the leather would be of better quality that way, too - just a thought

Luckily I had mine replaced under warranty with 48k on my '01. Passenger side is starting to crack now where the "man made" leather meets the real stuff.

check the dealerships usually they outsource the leather work when people trade in used cars he comes in and patches them up, i had my rear seat done for $75 and now unless u look very closely u cant tell there was ever any wear marks on the seat.
